In many low-income countries, the State of Israel and Israeli NGOs are actively involved in supporting local community development initiatives, such as agricultural, solar, and water projects. Some of your volunteers may encounter, and even volunteer with, some of these Israeli entities.

In this webinar, we will explore Israel’s own experience as a country in development, grapple with contemporary Zionist and Israeli texts about Israel’s role in the world, probe the triumphs and tribulations of Israel’s involvement in global development, and how to discuss this with your volunteers.
